He regularly advises high-net-worth clients on family office structures, related regulatory matters, real estate, employment law and family law.
Before joining the firm, Me David KOHLER worked in particular at an international law firm headquartered in the United States, with offices in London and the Middle East.
He has solid experience and focuses his practice mainly on corporate and commercial law, with a specialisation in mergers and acquisitions as well as contract law.
